About My Clients

I work best with teens, adults, and couples who are ready to look beneath the surface and explore the root of their struggles. My clients are often navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or relationship pain, and are seeking more than a quick fix—they want lasting, meaningful change. Many feel disconnected from their bodies or stuck in generational patterns. I support those who are open to a holistic, gut-brain, and faith-informed path to healing and personal transformation.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I specialized in Substance Abuse, Crisis and Trauma, and Marriage and Family Studies. I also hold a B.S. in Kinesiology, which deepens my understanding of the mind-body connection. My approach is holistic and client-centered, blending Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and the Gottman Method with trauma-informed and attachment-based care. I also incorporate gut-brain science, nutrition, and lifestyle into therapy—supporting clients in healing from the inside out. My background includes working in substance abuse treatment centers, and I bring both clinical experience and personal insight into addiction recovery and generational healing. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship pain, or trauma, I offer a compassionate, faith-informed space where transformation, resilience, and reconnection can flourish.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is a holistic journey—one that honors the mind, body, gut, and spirit. I believe therapy can hold space for both spiritual truth and psychological growth. I’m passionate about helping people break free from generational cycles of addiction, shame, and emotional disconnection. I live a sober lifestyle and advocate for wellness practices that support long-term healing, not just symptom relief. I support trauma-informed, anti-racist, and body-honoring spaces, and I welcome clients from all walks of life, backgrounds, and identities. I value honesty, emotional safety, and the power of relationship. I also support causes related to addiction recovery, youth empowerment, and mental health access. My work is rooted in compassion, accountability, and the belief that healing is always possible—even in the most painful places.
