About My Clients
I work both with couples and individuals to heal sexual disconnects, explore non-monogamy, or get support with living a sexual orientation other than hetero. My goal for my clients is always to help them live happier, healthier lives and to THRIVE! I offer a sliding scale for both individuals and couples, based on income. Fees are $80-$120 for individuals, $100-$150 for couples. If you need a referral to a lower cost therapist, please reach out to me and I can help you get connected with someone
My Background and Approach
I use a combination of mindfulness techniques, Sex therapy, and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) to heal trauma and create inner shifts in how you are navigating the world. EFT focuses on honoring your feelings rather than using worksheets or tools, and is scientifically proven (through research!) to create lasting healing. I have special training and experience in sex therapy and years of experience in teaching and practicing shamanic meditation and traditional mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In addition to being a therapist, I have spent most of my life studying and getting certified in alternative earth-based spiritualities (including Wicca, Druidry, and Shamanism). I am passionate about music, art, and nature. In my free time I love growing my own food and learning more about sustainable living and hobby farming. I am the mother hen to a flock of 2 roosters and 8 hens in the back country of Northeastern San Diego County.
