I have a warm, grounded and supportive approach to therapy. I have a background in education and art, and an interest in holistic complementary practices. I find that an integrative approach with practical tools and in a safe space make a significant impact on how my clients feel and show up in their lives. Learning about the connections between mind-body and our behaviors can be powerful, especially when we bring in the new understandings from research about the brain, the impact of trauma, and insights from neuropsychology. I am passionate about supporting clients to learn ways to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in themselves and their environment, and how to communicate and build deeper connections in their relationships. I meet clients where they are and tailor sessions to your needs and interests, bringing in your strengths, creativity, possibly some humor, to create lasting change.
