I am best suited for clients who are ready to make some positive changes in their lives to increase their satisfaction. I have a diverse range of clients that I can work with ranging from 4-99. Whether you want to work with overcoming struggles from the past, things happening currently, or anxiety about the future I am able to support you through these challenges. I work alongside of you to ensure that we are prioritizing what issues, needs, and goals that are what you feel is most important.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in trauma focused care, anxiety, depression, anger, and adjustment with both minors and adults. I use several techniques from different modalities to support you, such as CBT, TF-CBT techniques, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy.
