About My Clients

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who want to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and grow into their best selves. I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions, as well as motivated individuals and high achievers seeking greater confidence, resilience, mental performance, and personal growth while working toward meaningful academic, professional, and life goals.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and growth-oriented. I believe mental health is connected to many areas of our lives, including our thoughts, emotions, relationships, habits, physical well-being, motivation, and overall sense of purpose. In addition to supporting clients through anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, I incorporate principles of mental performance and personal development to help clients strengthen resilience, build confidence, improve their mindset, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and other individualized interventions based on each client's needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with clients to understand where they are, where they want to go, and what steps can help them get there.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be about more than simply getting through difficult moments. It can also be an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, build on your strengths, and create meaningful and lasting change. I believe every person has the capacity to grow, and that becoming a better version of yourself does not mean becoming someone else. It means developing a stronger understanding of who you are, what matters to you, and what you want your life to look like. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a major transition, working toward an important goal, or simply feeling ready for personal growth, therapy can provide the support and space to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
