I help people untangle chronic anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, hypervigilance, and nervous system overwhelm. Many of my clients appear highly capable on the outside while privately struggling with panic, self-doubt, relational anxiety, or feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly anticipating problems. My approach blends depth work with practical tools that help clients feel more grounded, connected, and internally safe.

I specialize in helping people who lose themselves in relationships through over-functioning, people-pleasing, caretaking, conflict avoidance, or emotional self-abandonment. Many clients come to therapy feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions while disconnected from their own needs, anger, or desires. Together we work toward clearer boundaries, deeper self-trust, and more authentic relationships.

I work with individuals navigating relationship conflict, attachment wounds, trust issues, communication struggles, dating patterns, intimacy fears, and major relational transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, emotionally aware people who still find themselves repeating painful dynamics in love (with partners, roommates, family, or friends). Therapy with me can help uncover the deeper patterns beneath those experiences and create healthier, more secure ways of relating.

My work is rooted in helping clients understand the deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and unconscious beliefs shaping their lives. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, I help clients explore the underlying experiences, wounds, and protective strategies beneath anxiety, relationship struggles, self-criticism, and emotional overwhelm. This approach supports lasting change, not just short-term coping.

I help clients understand how early relational experiences shape the way they connect, protect themselves, communicate, and experience intimacy in adulthood. This is NOT to blame parents, but to understand in order to change. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, emotional hypervigilance, fear of abandonment, difficulty trusting themselves, or repeating painful relationship dynamics. Therapy can help you create greater self-awareness, emotional security, and healthier relationships.

I’m trained in Organic Intelligence, a nervous system-informed approach that helps clients better understand the connection between their intuition, emotional experiences and their body. Many people live in chronic states of anxiety, tension, or overwhelm without realizing how deeply stress is held physically. I help clients build greater capacity for emotional regulation, self-trust, and a felt sense of safety within themselves and their relationships.
