My Background and Approach
With over ten years in practice, I help people stuck in anxious loops in their relationships: overthinking, needing reassurance, fearing they’re too much, or being unsure if they want to stay in it. Using a trauma-informed, nervous system approach (Organic Intelligence), I support you to be anchored in the present, process old patterns, and build your capacity for self-trust and more satisfying relationships. Whether you’re navigating a painful relationship with parents, a roommate, a friend, anxiety in dating, a breakup, or a current romantic partnership, I'll help you make sense of your patterns, build self-trust, and create the satisfying relationships you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the center of contemplative spirituality and many meditation practices are three foundational principles: compassion, surrender, and attention. I help clients work with their attention (to become present), to develop compassion (for self and others), and surrender (letting go of the control we don't have). I work best with clients who are also interested in integrating these principles in their lives, whatever that looks like. I’m personally connected to queer identity and affirm diverse relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy. I know how healing it can be to be in a space where you don’t have to translate, justify, or shrink parts of yourself in order to feel seen. I care deeply about creating a space where people can explore identity, intimacy, spirituality, desire, and belonging without shame or pressure to fit conventional norms.
