About My Clients
Feeling anxious, empty, trapped, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? You’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, creating a safe space for meaningful change to unfold. My clinical background and passion lie in supporting young adults/adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
Clients often describe my counseling style as accepting, creative, and compassionately challenging. I work from a client-centered, psychodynamic, and IFS-informed lens, and I am Phase 1 trained in Brainspotting. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard. I have experience working in residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings for treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, mood, and trauma disorders. I enjoy tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual client!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in relationship— with ourselves and with those around us. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you are not “fixed,” but supported, heard, and empowered. My role is not to tell you who you are, but to help you uncover that for yourself, at your own pace and in your own way. I believe that mental and emotional health are deeply connected to our bodies, communities, and histories. I value a holistic, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the many factors—social, cultural, relational, and systemic—that shape our well-being. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to show up, and together we’ll take it from there.
