We will focus on identifying your goals and developing a plan to meet them while learning the coping skills that will keep you on track. I utilize strategies from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). Additionally, I am certified in assistive technology and trauma.
