About My Clients
Whether you’re navigating school stress, career challenges, family changes, loss, depression, or adjusting to a new season of life, I’m here to walk with you and help you build the skills and strength you need. When you book with me, it’s not just therapy — it’s a real partnership focused on real outcomes.
My Background and Approach
I bring a compassionate, strengths-based approach to my work, drawing on a solid foundation of clinical training, professional certifications, and years of hands-on experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My background includes specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) — three evidence-based approaches that have proven highly effective in helping clients navigate issues like anxiety, addiction, and life transitions. These methods allow me to tailor treatment to your unique goals, focusing not only on managing symptoms but on empowering lasting change. In working with anxiety, I help clients uncover the underlying thought patterns driving their worries and fears, offering practical tools to build resilience and restore calm. Through CBT, we explore strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable in your daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that we all deserve spaces where we can be our full, authentic selves — no masks, no judgment. I’m a passionate supporter of the LGBTQ+ community and a firm believer in the work of movements like Black Lives Matter. Social justice isn’t just something I care about — it’s part of how I live my life, the conversations I have, and the work I do every day. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me volunteering with a suicide prevention hotline or helping out at an animal shelter. Giving back and staying connected to my community keeps me grounded and reminds me why this work matters so much. I believe that healing happens through real human connection — where people feel truly seen, respected, and valued for who they are. If you're looking for someone who will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to walking alongside you in your journey, I'm here for you. I’d be honored to support you as you take your next steps.
