My Background and Approach
Hello, I am Kyla Davis, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with children, and adolescents with a history of trauma, abuse,abandonment, neglect, anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties. In addition to my extensive experience working with children and adolescents, I also have experience working with adults, unmarried and married couples, and families experiencing difficulties in areas such as parenting, intimacy, work life balance, communication, suicide prevention, and chronic mental illness. During my six year tenure in the Mental Health field I have gained experience working with diverse mental health diagnoses which include, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizoaffective Disorder. My approach to therapy whether individual, couple, or family is individualized where we work as a team to form therapeutic goals and facilitate change in a safe, non judgmental
