About My Clients
It’s true, life can be painful and even very unfair. Your relationships might be struggling, your daily demands may seem overwhelming, your work may feel far more stressful than engaging, and you may be down on yourself. You may have any number of emotions including anxiety, anger, guilt, pessimism, boredom, regret, sadness, shame, and loneliness. Therapy can help you cope with difficult emotions and provide you with tools to improve your relationship with yourself and with others.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Masters of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling from Pacific University, in Oregon. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Pre-Medicine from California Polytechnic University. I have volunteered at William Temple House as a therapist for the last four years. In addition to my education and clinical training, I have some varied life experiences to help me connect and counsel my clients.
