About My Clients
I welcome people from all walks of life. Many of my prospective clients struggle with feeling stuck and unable to move on with their life goals. It is not for the lack of wanting/trying. I will be working with you on identifying the source of what is holding you back. And I will partner with you on finding resources that will bring change and growth.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in IFS (internal family systems), EMDR and art therapy. I use these modalities to teach my clients to listen to their bodies and regulate their nervous systems. I am a trauma informed therapist. I take special interest in people with psychosomatic disorders and people with somatic/medical issues.
