I have passion to work with clients who are dealing with life challenges and life transitions. We all go through change and change can be hard to navigate. I have a strong passion to work with women and moms who are balancing motherhood, marriages, friendships, and careers. Mothers who are struggling to maintain autonomy. I also have experience working with Adolescence that are struggling with anxiety, trauma, and depression. Let me walk through this journey with you.
My Background and Approach
I have 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked for a non profit for the last 4 years and recently ventured out to starting my own private practice so I can see clients like you who are in need. My approach is to be present with my clients, be non-judgmental, and genuine in all our interactions. I am a client centered therapist but also believe that each individual is unique and certain treatments are more affective than others. We will work collaboratively to address your concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
"I'm a therapist because there are not enough places where others can come to breath, to be, and to experience unconditional acceptance." I strongly believe that change happens when the person is able to freely express and process feelings in a safe place. I thrive to be that safe place for my clients. I believe we are all capable of being our best self. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to get there.
