My Background and Approach
My work is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally + queer-affirming. That means every part of you belongs here your story, your identity, your faith, and the parts of yourself that you might not show anywhere else. Whether you’re exploring who you are, coping with anxiety, we’ll move at your and focus on what feels most important for you. I have experience working with individuals who have struggled with homelessness, financial stress, gender idenity, and sexuality.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is possible for everyone, no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve faced. I’ve seen how life experiences, trauma, and systems of oppression can weigh heavily on people, but I also believe in resilience and the power of connection. As a member of marginalized communities, I know how important it is to have a safe space to process identity and relationships without fear of judgment. I’m also passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness or housing insecurity, creating space to be heard and respected during difficult transitions. My values are rooted in empathy, equity, and authenticity. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can breathe, explore, and grow at your own pace. Outside of counseling, I love gardening, crocheting, and finding creative ways to bring a little joy and calm into everyday life.
