About My Clients
I provide mental health assessment, diagnosis and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, young adults and their families. I specialize in providing psychotherapy for mental health concerns such as Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and more. I also provide psychotherapy to individuals who may be experiencing difficulties due to life adjustments (foster care, adoption, school or work transitions, grief and loss, etc.).
My Background and Approach
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience providing mental health assessment, diagnosis and psychotherapy. I received my undergraduate education from Syracuse University, where I graduated with Bachelor's Degrees in Social Work and Psychology. I received my graduate education from New York University, where I graduated with a Master's Degree in social work. I have practiced in several settings including school, residential treatment and outpatient mental health. I have supervised and trained both students and professionals of varying mental health backgrounds. I have also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Upstate Medical University.
