About My Clients
I work with persons who have issues with anxiety, life transitions, stress, feelings of hopelessness, lack of motivation, and career transitions. Let’s work together as I provide a nurturing non-judgmental space where clients have a voice to be heard as I walk alongside with you in discovering solutions to help bring balance to your daily life holistically. We will embrace where you are currently in life and help untangle negative thoughts and heal from past trauma.
My Background and Approach
My theoretical background and approach is cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I also incorporate family systems when working with families and couples.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that at some point in our lives we experience life transitions or issues where professional guidance is needed to help you regain focus and alignment. Mental health issues isn’t something to be ashamed of. You will learn how to process your emotions, learn coping skills to use when in stressful life situations and learn how to manage your emotions, resolve relationship conflicts and better ways to communicate.
