About My Clients
I help empower life's journey for individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma (sexual assault, abuse, emotional neglect) & those with adverse/stressful childhood interactions. I additionally focus on strengthening couples emotional bond, working with those whom either have felt they have drifted apart, are struggling to connect or have experienced stressors/injuries together like infidelity.
My Background and Approach
Having completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training and certification, I am considered a certified EMDR therapist. Being a MFT, I help couples back on track after experiencing pain in their relationship narrative. This includes couples who are struggling to connect emotionally or reconnect after an injury like infidelity. I focus on empowering reconnection & enhancing your communication through focus on the underlying emotional dance between the two of you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view my role as a therapist as being part of a team with you in order to be successful. My belief is that we all have the power within ourselves for change; I just have the privilege to help ignite that power to bring change with you, together.
