My Background and Approach
I believe we all have the tools we need within us to make steps towards reaching our goals. However, sometimes we need others along the way to help us bring those things to light. With over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I enjoy holding space for others to become their authentic selves and live the lives they want. I specialize in trauma, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), military Veterans, and racial and ethnic minorities. I am trained in the following trauma-focused therapies: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive-Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD (CBCT-PTSD).
