I will not be a great fit for you if: You are looking to build skills or change behavior without looking at the ‘why’; You are expecting me to carry the session with minimal talking; Not ready to engage in the change and growth process.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, believing that therapy is not a one-size fits all approach. I commonly blends psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, person-centered theories, and especially loves using the interpersonal process of therapy to allow for new perspectives and growth in my client’s lives. I finds psychotherapy to be a personal process and considers it a deep privilege to have a front row seat to the human condition.
