About My Clients
In my practice, I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly without fear of judgment. I aim to empower clients with self-awareness and insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enabling them to make positive changes and live more fulfilling lives.
My Background and Approach
I have 9 years of experience working with children, adults, and families navigate mental health disorders, substance use, trauma and the legal system. I obtained my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York College of Pennsylvania. I have worked in diverse areas of mental health ranging from long term inpatient care, in home family counseling, family preservation and reunification, and outpatient services.
