About My Clients
I have experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, and learning difficulties. I provide individual and family therapy for those who are seeking to grow and learn. My specialty is working with adults, children, and families who have or believe they have ADHD. Those who have ADHD have a need for coping skills that are unique to us. I am also an advocate and member of the LGBTQ+ community. This is a judgment free space where you are encouraged to be you and express yourself freely.

You don't have to do it all on your own! I work to empower you to become your best self. This is done by providing a safe, nurturing, emphatic, non-judgmental, yet challenging environment to help you grow. We have all heard of self-care and being in therapy is a great way to add to your self-care.
