About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals, families, and couples who want to understand themselves and their relationships better. I work with clients navigating anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, attachment wounds, family conflict, and difficulty with boundaries. I also support couples seeking stronger communication, healthier patterns, greater connection, or support as they prepare for marriage. Together, we create meaningful and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist specializing in marriage counseling, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including the Gottman Method. I help clients better understand relationship patterns, strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop greater self-awareness. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe our mental health, physical health, and relationships are deeply connected. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in patterns within relationships, friendships, or stress and wonder where those patterns come from. Often, these patterns are shaped by early family dynamics or long-held beliefs about ourselves that we may have never put into words. I also believe that understanding yourself and creating meaningful change is not a quick-fix process. Healing requires openness, reflection, and a willingness to slow down and do the deeper work that supports lasting change. If you’re considering therapy, you’ve already taken a courageous first step. Finding the right therapist is the next one. If you’re ready for growth and healing, I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
