About My Clients
I work with children (8+), teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, stress, or life transitions. Therapy with me provides a supportive space to be heard, practice coping skills, and build confidence so you can navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and owner of Peace in Counseling, PLLC. I became a therapist because I’m inspired by people’s resilience and the opportunity to help clients uncover strengths, work through challenges, and develop practical tools for everyday life. I take a warm, collaborative, and flexible approach, using CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and creative approaches like art or play. In sessions, we explore what’s happening for you, practice skills for relief in the moment, and build strategies you can carry with you, all at a pace that feels right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity to grow and change. Many challenges come from learned patterns, and therapy is about recognizing them and building healthier ways of coping. I value mindfulness, creativity, and finding calm and balance in daily life. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to build resilience, confidence, and insight.
