We'll cultivate self-awareness, helping you recognize triggers and emotional responses, ultimately guiding you towards a more fulfilling and harmonious life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe there is no benefit in remaining stuck in vicious cycles that can be detrimental to the most important relationships in your life. I bring my authentic self to every session, and encourage you to do the same. I do not have all of the answers to this thing we call life, but I believe in using our encounters as opportunities for growth and development for everyone involved. Using theory and knowledge, we all can work together to come up with solutions that are unique to you. Within that process I will assist you in identifying negative behavioral patterns, becoming sex and body positive, and cultivating a space where collaboration, communication, and connection reign. Truth and authenticity are underlying pillars that are woven throughout my professional philosophy and professional practice.
