About My Clients
I love working with teens and adults who are motivated to achieve their goals. My typical client is one who is interested in applying learned skills in their lives outside of therapy to improve their stressors / challenges.
My Background and Approach
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) I’ve been using CBT since I started practicing in 2017. It’s helped many clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety and depression. Cognitive Processing (CPT) CPT is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy used for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Couples Counseling I’ve been working with couples for 4 years, with an emphasis on Emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) and Gottman methods. Daialectical Behavior (DBT) DBT is a skills based therapy that focuses on four core areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
