About My Clients
I work with adults and young adults who are experiencing issues such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or major life adjustments. Perhaps you have been trying to work through this on your own or hoping it would just resolve itself, but you have reached a point where you would like some extra support. I'm always honored when a client chooses me as that extra support, and I take the responsibility very seriously.
My Background and Approach
I will work closely with you to assess your needs and goals, and develop a tailored plan to help you meet those goals. I draw from many different theories and take a multi-faceted approach depending upon the needs of the client. My approach is very client-centered and we will work together to identify your strengths to affect growth and change. I love to laugh with my clients and believe joy and laughter is not only possible in the most challenging of times, but also an important component of healing.
