About My Clients
My clients are smart, curious, empathetic, and courageous. They are also sick and tired of struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, racing thoughts, bodily relations to anxiousness, family struggles, and general life stressors. The people I work with are looking for and ready for a change. I'm anxious, too, and because I've gone through this, I know the work it takes to get out. I get it. There is relief; you have to start. I see individuals, couples, and relationships.

I am an attachment-based therapist, which means I focus on YOU. I believe therapy should encourage growth while promoting delight and joy in daily life. I also use humor and curiosity to bring new growth and comfort to light. I won't just sit and nod with you; sometimes, I'll disagree and share a new perspective. I believe that therapy should be comfortable enough for you to explore your discomforts. I am a therapist who focuses on couples, individuals, life transitions, anxiety, men, millennials, stress, and worry.
