About My Clients
No matter what chapter of your life you are in, sometimes it helps to have someone to listen to and help process parts of your story. Together, we will walk through the parts of your story that you need to be heard in order to help you write the next chapter in your life with a feeling of purpose. Kristy enjoys working with clients from all walks of life. It is her belief that we can learn from each other in a vast array of circumstances.
My Background and Approach
Kristy's qualifications include working with clients through struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues as well as peer and family relationships. During this work, her treatment focus generally stems from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Crisis Intervention, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy.
