About My Clients
Through my clinical experience, I have worked closely with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions.
My Background and Approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help patients understand the connection between life events, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and how these patterns can reinforce one another over time. In my practice, I focus on helping patients increase awareness of these cycles, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping skills that support emotional well-being and meaningful behavioral change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have always valued learning and personal growth, which is one of the reasons I was drawn to the field of psychology. My educational journey, from earning my master's degree to pursuing doctoral training in clinical psychology, has reinforced my belief that knowledge can be empowering. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves because I have seen how awareness often becomes the foundation for change.
