About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, school challenges, self-harm, or difficulty managing emotions. My clients are looking for support, understanding, and practical strategies to cope, build resilience, and feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with experience in schools, outpatient, and inpatient settings. I support adolescents facing anxiety, depression, self-injury, suicidal thoughts, and school refusal, as well as adults and parents navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges. I combine clinical expertise with a compassionate, approachable style and deliver evidence based interventions. As a parent of two and an animal lover, I bring warmth, perspective, and an appreciation for the power of supportive relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and build resilience, even when facing difficult emotions or life challenges. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and supported. My approach is evidence-based, drawing on CBT and DBT, while also being flexible to meet each person’s unique needs. I value collaboration, practical coping skills, and strengthening connections—with yourself and those you care about—as central to emotional well-being.
