About My Clients
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and underserved communities. I provide a safe, affirming space to explore challenges, build on strengths, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Master of Social Work from Florida State University. Since 2019, I’ve supported individuals navigating incarceration, trauma, mental health crises, and the foster care system. Now, as a Licensed Master Social Worker, I specialize in individual therapy with a focus on trauma, identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My experience has prepared me to stay grounded and compassionate, even when life feels overwhelming. I provide a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and underserved clients, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and comfort level. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking deeper self-understanding, I meet you where you are, without judgment. My integrative, client-centered approach is designed to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you work toward healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves the chance to be seen, heard, and valued—no matter their background or story. My personal belief is that healing happens through connection, safety, and being able to show up as your authentic self. I’ve always been drawn to supporting others through life’s challenges and transitions, and I believe in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and change. Therapy offers a space to reclaim your voice, process your pain, and discover new possibilities. My goal is to walk beside you in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and free of judgment.
