While I work with a multitude of concerns, my areas of specialization include trauma, eating disorders, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and chronic illness.
My Background and Approach
I operate from a client-centered, health at every size, feminist, and trauma-informed lens. I am passionate about and experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, providing affirming mental health care. I am also a registered yoga teacher, and love incorporating adaptive yoga and meditative practices as resources for mental health.
