Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Certified Advanced Holistic Counselor | EMDR & DBT Therapist | Clinical Supervisor | Entrepreneurial Coach. Kristina Scaglione, LCSW-R, CAHC, is a licensed clinical social worker, certified holistic counselor, and the powerhouse behind two transformative ventures—Root & Rise Clinical Specialists and Limitless Integrative Wellness. Known for her fiercely honest, deeply grounded, and radically compassionate approach, Kristina is a no B.S. therapist who specializes in trauma healing, emotional regulation, and nervous system restoration. Her clinical work blends evidence-based modalities like EMDR and DBT with holistic tools including EFT “tapping,” mindfulness, and somatic healing to help clients move from stuck to sovereign. She supports individuals navigating trauma, grief, burnout, identity shifts, and high-pressure careers—particularly within LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/ENM, first responder, and creative communities.
