About My Clients

My clients are resilient individuals seeking positive change in their lives. They may be navigating challenges such as addiction, mental health struggles, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. Each client brings unique strengths, stories, and goals to therapy. Together, we work toward healing, building healthier coping skills, and fostering personal growth, while creating a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered on their journey.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), I bring a strong background in both mental health and substance use treatment. My approach is client-centered, blending evidence-based practices with a supportive, empathetic style. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and humanistic techniques to help clients build coping skills, improve relationships, and foster lasting change. My goal is to empower individuals to explore their strengths, overcome barriers, and develop a healthier, more balanced life. I understand that recovery and emotional wellness are personal journeys, and I walk alongside my clients with understanding, respect, and encouragement, tailoring each session to their unique needs and goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change when given the right support and tools. My role as a LCSW and LCDC is to walk alongside my clients, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based strategies to help them reach their goals. I value creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. I believe recovery and emotional wellness are not one-size-fits-all journeys—each person’s story is unique, and therapy should honor that individuality. I trust in the resilience of the human spirit and see challenges as opportunities for transformation. By fostering self-awareness, building on strengths, and supporting clients through setbacks, I believe lasting change and a more fulfilling life are always possible.
