My Background and Approach
My goal is to assist you in reaching your full potential so that you are able to live your most fulfilling life. I recognize that each person is unique and there is no “one-size fits all” approach to therapy, so I use an individualized, person-centered approach in working with my clients. We will work together to navigate life’s challenges and create a collaborative treatment plan by building upon your own natural strengths and resilience. I have experience working with a variety of different therapeutic models, and I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral based approach. I graduated with my Master's Degree in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019. During my graduate program, I worked in residential psychiatric and eating disorder centers, with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and in outpatient therapy settings. I have been providing outpatient therapy at Seeds2Succeed Therapy Group since December 2019.
