Experienced in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Known for creating warm, safe, and attuned spaces tailored to clients’ unique experiences. We work with adults of all ages & couples at every stage of a relationship.
My Background and Approach
My clinical background is working with individuals coping with grief and loss, premarital and marital therapy, individual therapy, and couples therapy. I provide a space free of judgement and full of empathy, a space to support and promote personal growth and development. In addition, I promise to consistently strive to integrate multiculturalism into each counseling session, while creating your treatment plan specific to fit your personality, values, and unique story. Finally, special trainings I have completed include: EMDR trained, Ongoing training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Couples Counseling Level 1, Lifespan Integration Level 1, Dr. Les Parrot’s Symbis training, and Aids and HIV Training, WA State Telehealth Collaborative Training Certificate, Telehealth:Legal and Ethical Issues, Suicide Prevention, Assessment, and Intervention, and Gender Minority Stress in Trans and Nonbinary Clients.

I'm here with you and for you. Now and then we can find ourselves in challenging circumstances. Counseling can help us find new tools, skills, and knowledge to deal with life when it goes sideways. I am here to help and provide a supportive, comfortable, and judgement-free environment where you can share your story and pain. I believe in a safe therapeutic space where your story is heard, respected, and valued. Together we can find ways to identify, understand, and work through life's challenges.
