I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Anger management, Behavior Modification, Stress Management and Parenting Development. I utilize Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to address change and reach one's desired level of success. Therapy will provide a safe, open and objective space to explore your challenges and have your successes validated. In session we will work together to set goals and achieve change.
