About My Clients
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, from adolescents to adults. I frequently work with individuals in professional caregiving fields (such as educators, medical professionals and fellow mental health professionals) and enjoy providing support for those who support others.
My Background and Approach
My practice focuses on using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed care and mindfulness to build self-compassion, insight and empowerment. I received training in EMDR and Brainspotting therapy modalities and offer these services as well. I use a direct approach and believe in building skills to reach a place of healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all individuals deserve safe, non-judgmental, inclusive and collaborative space to begin listening to their own voice and gain confidence as they navigate toward emotional well-being and healing.
