About My Clients
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or emotionally exhausted? Do things look "fine" on the outside but you're quietly dealing with anxiety, stress or burnout? Many of my clients are juggling careers, relationships and family responsibilities. They're ready to better understand themselves, feel more in control of their emotions and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, anger management, and behavioral concerns. I work with clients across the lifespan and am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, meaning we work together to create a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, goals and strengths. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy, Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing to help you build practical tools and lasting change. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I welcome you to connect with me so we can begin working toward a stronger, more balanced sense of well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people are far more resilient and capable of change than they often feel in difficult moments. Life experiences, stress and emotional pain can sometimes make it hard to see a way forward, but those challenges do not define who you are or what you're capable of becoming. With the right support, insight, and tools, meaningful change is always possible. I see therapy as a space where you can better understand yourself, work through what's been holding you back, and build the skills needed to manage life's challenges more effectively. Growth doesn't mean becoming someone entirely different, it's about reconnecting with your strengths, gaining clarity and learning how to respond to yourself and your experiences in a healthier, more empowering way.
