About My Clients
I work with women who feel as they have lost track of their lives. I help my clients learn how to take on the good, the bad and the ugly of their story so they can use that strength to take on new challenges head on. I help my clients realize their past does not define their future and we work together to write the rest of their story.
My Background and Approach
I have various experience ranging from community mental health, a psychiatric hospital as well as those facing the death penalty. This experience has allowed me to gain a level of compassion and commitment for my clients no matter what stage they are in their life. I pull from the most effective best practices I have learned throughout my experience to help my clients get to where they need to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As stated above, my experience has allowed me to show compassion, love and empathy for anyone who has ended up working with me. I have learned that people react and function based on where they are and it is my job to help them develop healthier ways of functioning so they can live their best lives. My experience working with those facing the death penalty has pushed me to limits that I didn't think I could get to and I am so grateful to have had that experience and it gives me the ability to understand and check any biases I may have. This experience has also given me the ability to always keep me mind open with no judgement.
