About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful and insightful people who want to better understand their emotional patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build more meaningful relationships. Together, we work to create clarity, strengthen resilience, and support lasting personal growth.
My Background and Approach
My work is trauma-informed and mindfulness-based, integrating insight-oriented therapy with practical skill building. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, strengths-based interventions, and mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation and deeper self-understanding. Our sessions are collaborative and paced intentionally. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, respected, and supported in exploring their experiences. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward sustainable emotional and relational change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing begins with connection—both with ourselves and with others. Therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. I value curiosity, creativity, and compassion in the therapeutic process.
