About My Clients
I work with a wide scope of clients who have experienced low self-esteem, phobias, trauma, abuse, sexual violence and assault, challenges with sports performance/blocks and injury, codependence, academic or performance anxiety and depression. I have seen clients who have struggled with triggers for years achieve deep and lasting change and healing. I have a passion for working with first responders, students/teens, adults who are struggling with trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in EMDR. Whether you have experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety, depression, abuse, emotional neglect, or challenges surrounding sport performance, my goal is to provide an environment of encouragement, compassion and understanding to help each of my clients attain the growth and changes they want to achieve. A safe place to discover past roots to your struggles, heal emotional wounds, and move into your future with confidence. My services focus on providing individual psychotherapy, Brainspotting, and EMDR to adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, relational issues, low self-esteem, codependency, prenatal or postpartum, sports related challenges (trauma, anxiety, and blocks), or have experienced trauma be that work related, single incident, complex trauma, medical/reproductive/pregnancy/birth, or sexual trauma. Whether an individual is seeking therapy to focus on performance, clinical or vocational counseling (be that short term or long term), my goal is to provide an environment of encouragement, compassion and understanding to help each individual attain the growth and changes they want to achieve.
