About My Clients
I work with teens and young adults across a variety of concerns including disordered eating, body image, interpersonal and relational problems, identity development, depression, anxiety, trauma, medical/health-related concerns, and adjustment/life transitions. I also specialize in sport psychology and athlete mental health and I hold credentials as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant®. I support athletes with mental health, injury recovery, career transition, performance, and more.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is a vulnerable experience. I believe there is something incredibly powerful and transformative about stepping into this vulnerability to better understand ourselves, our experiences, and our relationships. I strive to create a safe therapy space in which we can develop an authentic and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences and identify changes that are meaningful and congruent with the life you want to live. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process; I use an integrative approach, grounded in interpersonal and cognitive behavioral theory, that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
