About My Clients
I work with adults who feel deeply, think deeply, and care deeply — and are tired of holding it all together alone. It's an incredibly difficult time in our collective history to be sensitive, thoughtful and self-aware. Maybe lately, it all just feels like too much, and you're realizing that you need care, too. Many of my clients come to me for trauma-focused work, after noticing that talk therapy and insight alone haven't been enough to shift patterns or get un-stuck.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. I specialize in relational and somatic therapy, and integrate EMDR and experiential work with insight-oriented exploration. I view symptoms not as pathology, but as intelligent adaptations — strategies your body and mind developed to survive. Together, we’ll explore your patterns with curiosity rather than shame, working at a pace that feels steady and grounded. My goal is to help you feel more regulated, more self-aware, and more empowered in your relationships and daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe our struggles make sense in context. Much of what we carry is shaped by family systems, cultural expectations, capitalism, trauma and oppression - not personal failure. I value curiosity over shame, slowness over urgency, and compassion over self-criticism. I believe sensitivity is a strength, not something to fix; That rest is necessary, and that healing happens in relationships where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. My work is grounded in inclusivity, respect for diverse identities, and a deep belief in your inherent worth.
