I work with teens and adults feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Many are navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, or major life changes. My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Newman University and over 15 years of experience supporting teens and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe sharing their experiences and exploring what’s holding them back. I blend compassion with evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to help you understand patterns, process emotions, and develop practical coping skills. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, improve relationships, manage stress, and gain clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll work at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change that supports your well-being and personal growth.

I’m passionate about creating a welcoming and safe space for clients from all backgrounds to support those navigating life’s challenges. I’m vegan and care deeply about living compassionately, which reflects how I approach my work by bringing empathy, respect, and understanding to every session. I support mental health awareness, trauma-informed care, and community well-being. My hope is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you navigate your journey.
