About My Clients
Another therapist and I are opening a fully virtual private practice! I love working with adolescents, teens and young adults. I am here to meet you wherever you're at in your healing journey, and with no judgement.
My Background and Approach
I have worked at the Renfrew Center for eating disorders as an intern for a year, and now almost another year as a counselor. I also have worked with kids as a behavioral health technician! I also work at another outpatient office seeing all ages and diagnosis'. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, but love to pull from different approaches to meet your needs!
