My Background and Approach
I bring an integration of somatic therapy, presencing, tuning your intuition, shadow work, and compassionate truthtelling. I tune into your best self and meet you in your shadows (the darkest and painful areas) to bring care and compassion for you to see your true self, recognize your power, and heal what may feel intolerable to face. I do this without pushing and follow your inner wisdom for what you are ready to face. The non-judgmental space I provide allows you to be fully honest and open to face your fears, look feelings of shame in the face, and learn to forgive and love yourself through it all. I utilize astrology, human design, and the enneagram to best understand you and support what works best for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we exist interdependent with the world we live in (our community, relationships, the land, the world and universe). Most of what we each navigate and work to heal from is a larger illness or disease in our society and culture. Every bit of work we do on ourselves to heal our wounds, ancestral wounds, and leveling up to be our best self sends out ripple effects which helps heal the ancestors, our present world, and our future. I am committed to healing trauma from colonization as a White woman of European ancestry. I've been doing my own Shadow Work healing since 2005, and through this work I've found my voice and courage to be a compassionate caring truthteller around painful topics like racism, xenophobia, heteronormativity, misogyny, and other forms of oppression that seek to keep us separate and disconnect us from our own internal freedom, peace and power. I see the connections between our mental wellness with the state of the world and know our healing is essential.
