About My Clients

If you’ve experienced sexual violence—such as child sexual abuse, sexual assault, rape, or sex trafficking—healing is possible, and you are not alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space for survivors to process trauma, rebuild self-worth, and regain control over their lives. Together, we’ll work through the pain at your pace, empowering you to heal with strength and resilience. The first step toward recovery is powerful, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My Background and Approach

I graduated in May 2021 with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. In addition, I hold a certificate in Social and Behavioral Health with Military Members, Veterans, and Military Families. Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in diverse settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient care. This variety has given me a well-rounded understanding of the unique needs of individuals across different stages of recovery. I am passionate about helping clients navigate their challenges, whether related to trauma, mental health, or personal growth, using a compassionate and individualized approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Since my teenage years, I've felt a deep calling to become a therapist. My own experiences have shaped my belief that the world can be a better place when we meet others with compassion, empathy, and curiosity about their stories. These values guide my desire to create safe spaces for healing and growth. I understand the transformative power of being truly seen and heard. My goal as a therapist is to provide the same care and support, I once needed, offering clients the opportunity to explore their emotions and find healing in an environment that values them for who they are. I am committed to using my experiences and empathy to help others embrace their own truths and foster lasting positive change.
