About My Clients
I have several years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children that experience depression, anxiety, trauma, mood/psychotic disorders, plus issues with identity, relationships, family, medical, grief/loss, and others.
My Background and Approach
I graduated with my Master’s of Science degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. I obtained my clinical hours working in foster care & adoption and inpatient forensic psych. I utilize a strengths based, trauma and culturally informed approach to therapy. I also provide psycho-education and exercises for managing symptoms and stressors through mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation plans, emotional regulation skills, interpersonal strategies, and more. I provide a safe space during sessions to work on treatment goals, skills building, crisis interventions, or to chat for a few about your favorite video game or TV show!
