About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change. Together, we create a supportive space to process life’s challenges, recognize strengths, and develop practical tools for moving forward with greater confidence and hope.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and therapy should provide a safe space where you feel heard and understood. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and attachment-based interventions based on each client’s needs. For clients who desire it, I also welcome the integration of Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with hope and purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in forward movement, growth, and the possibility of meaningful change. Growth can be uncomfortable, but I consider it an honor and privilege to walk alongside you during that season. I believe every person has something valuable to offer, and I learn something from each client I have the opportunity to work with. My hope is to create a space where you feel supported as you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want to live.
